Ne-Yo has been appointed Senior VP of A&R at Motown Records, he has also sign with them as a artist. He has transition from Def Jam, where he had release 4 albums under there umbrella. His Compound Entertainment imprint will also call Motown home, and he will serve as mentor/artist developer/producer to Motown acts and upcoming artist.
