I'm assuming this is a single off his upcoming album,"Tha Carter IV" which is dropping digitally at midnight this upcoming Sunday. Right after the VMA's which is a brillant marketing move. This track is allegdely dissing Jay-Z, he doesn't mention names so I don't really know.
